I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Sipping PositiviTEA Goes Red | A Movement Experience for Connection & Wellness organized by Sipping PositiviTEA™.

 

I understand that this event involves physical movement and that, if performed incorrectly, certain movements may increase the risk of injury or discomfort.

 

I hereby affirm that:

• I am physically able to participate in this activity

• I will listen to my body and stop if I experience pain or discomfort

• I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during or as a result of my participation

 

I release and hold harmless Sipping PositiviTEA™, its founders, volunteers, partners, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in this event.

 

I understand that this waiver applies to any injuries, known or unknown, that may occur.

 

I grant permission for photographs and/or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes by Sipping PositiviTEA™ unless I state otherwise in writing.
