The Crisis
During the recent federal government shutdown, millions of Americans saw their SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits delayed or suspended.
For breast cancer patients and survivors, this disruption is more than an inconvenience; it’s a crisis. Many are already navigating reduced income, high medical costs, and treatment-related challenges that make food insecurity an everyday threat.
At Sipping PositiviTEA™, we believe no survivor should ever have to choose between healing and hunger.
That’s why we’ve launched the Shutdown Relief & Nourishment Campaign; an emergency effort providing direct support to breast cancer patients and survivors affected by the SNAP suspension.
