The Purpose
Your nomination gives a survivor the chance to receive financial assistance and be reminded that they are seen, supported, and never alone.
The Criteria | Helping individuals who:

Are currently undergoing treatment, or have very recently completed treatment.

Are experiencing a challenging season and could use a supportive lift
The Requirements | To be eligible:

Nominee must reside in the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area

Only one nomination per person
Through our Angel Survivor Program, we uplift individuals who are facing a difficult season by offering small, intentional blessings that provide hope, care, and connection.

If your nominee is selected, both will be notified by email.
Selected nominees will receive a grant from our organization.
The fine print
Submissions may be shared across Sipping PositiviTEA™ platforms to uplift and inspire others. All information is handled with care, compassion, and confidentiality. Final selections will be based on alignment with the criteria and available resources.
Please note: Individuals who have received a grant or financial assistance from Sipping PositiviTEA™ within the past 18 months are not eligible for nomination at this time.
